Registration ~
You must be at least 16 years old to register. Classes for younger ages require an adult at least 21 years old to also attend the class and register for both. Registrants will be asked to sign a liability waiver which is required for participation in classes and authorizes Aurora Colors to use photos of you and/or your work for education and publicity purposes. Workshops and parties for ages 5 years old and up do not require registration, but do require a deposit and contact information - further details here.

Cancellations ~
The class may be cancelled within one day of class start date due to not enough people registered for a class. When possible we will give you at lease one week’s notice prior to start date.

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued immediately by check and mailed to the address on the registration. For a cancellation made by you within 14 days notice of class start date, a full refund will only be made if we are able to fill your space. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Confirmation ~
You should receive a written confirmation with details of class location, class supplies, if any, meal arrangements, etc. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 2 days after you purchased a class, please call Vangie at 707-799-7099.
