Placement of an order via this website constitutes acceptance of all Aurora Color's policies, terms and conditions displayed on this website. Under no circumstances will Aurora Colors or its owners or affiliates be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website and/or misuse of any product purchased through Aurora Colors.

Aurora Colors does not warrant that any service description or content contained in this site is accurate, current, reliable, complete, or error-free. If you see an obvious error or typo, please email us. All information on this site, including pricing and product availability, is subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax ~
Within the United States, we only collect sales tax on purchases billed and/or shipped to an address within the state of California. The California State Board of Equalization has three tax rates we must follow for internet sales:  1) within the city our business is located, 2) outside our city but within our county, and 3) outside our county but within California. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.

Purchases billed and/or shipped to an address outside the state of California and International purchases will not be charged any sales tax. However, any taxes or fees imposed by purchaser's state or country are the purchaser's responsibility.

Orders and Payment ~
When you place an order via the internet you will receive an email on your transaction status. By checking the box next to Terms and Conditions and selecting the "Checkout" button, you acknowledge that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for this order including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax from your credit card account and that you are in acceptance of Terms and Conditions. We do not keep credit card information. Your credit card will be charged prior to order shipment. A $20 minimum purchase amount applies to all retail online sales. Back Orders ~
Out of stock items will not be back ordered. If an item appeared to be available but is not, we will let you know. Please re-order at a later date.

All text, images, marks, logos and other content of this site ("Site Content") is proprietary to Aurora Colors or to third parties from whom Aurora Colors has obtained permission. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction ~
This site is accessible in all fifty states and other countries, and each of these places has laws that may differ from those of California and from each other. As you and Aurora Colors both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in which to publish, access and use this Site, by publishing, accessing, and/or using this Site, you and Aurroa Colors agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of this Site will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree that all claims it may have arising from or relating to the operation or use of this Site will be heard and resolved in the courts of Santa Rosa, CA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over it, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objections to proceeding in such courts.

Force Majeure ~
Aurora Colors shall not be liable for any losses arising out of the delay or interruption of its performance of obligations due to any acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, civil disturbances, wars, strikes or other labor disputes, fires, transportation contingencies, interruptions in telecommunications, utility, Internet services or network provider services, acts or omissions by a third party, infiltration or disruption of the Services by a third party, or other catastrophes or occurrences that are beyond Aurora Colors's reasonable control.

General ~
In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall, in whole or in part, be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, such determination shall affect only the portion of such provision determined to be invalid, unenforceable or void, and shall not affect in any way the remainder of such provision or any other provision of the Terms and Conditions. Aurora Colors' failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
