This remarkable seascape came from the Schroeder collection - Mr. Schroeder being a friend of the artist and an antique dealer who handled Richter's work in the early part of the 20th Century. The white caps of the waves are heavily textured.
No writing on the back of the painting.
Painting is in very good condition.
